GeoRank is an AI search visibility monitoring and optimization platform. The Service allows you to:

• Monitor your brand's mentions and visibility across AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini)
• Track GEO Scores and visibility metrics over time
• Analyze competitor presence in AI-generated responses
• Receive actionable recommendations for improving AI search visibility
• Generate automated reports and alerts

To access the Service, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service beyond the provided API
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent
• Use the Service to monitor brands or entities you are not authorized to represent

The Service is offered through subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period.

All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by GeoRank and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any data or content you provide to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use your data solely to provide and improve the Service.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The monitoring data we collect on your behalf (AI responses, mention data) is processed solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GeoRank shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

The Service monitors third-party AI platforms. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of data retrieved from these platforms, as their responses may change at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may export your data within 30 days of termination.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Brazil.
